Seeds of Roseland started to bloom in 2016 and begin beautifying the community while mentoring the youth. SOR has continued to move forward with annual celebrations and giveaways throughout the year while promoting gun violence reduction in Roseland/ Pullman/ & West Pullman.

To reduce gun violence in the Roseland/Pullman/ & West Pullman communities with trauma informed care and cognitive skill building techniques for those who are impacted at the highest levels by violence and trauma.

Annual Juneteenth Celebration of Peace offers games, food, giveaways, expungement, health services, rental assistance, fireworks show, cotton, candy, ice cream, motorized bikes for kids, and many more fun activities free to the community while partnering with organizations who share the same vision.

Construction trades
SOR has a ( WAR) campaign WHISTLES FOR AWARENESS IN ROSELAND focused on reducing violence through the use of whistles coordinating with the youth and community leaders to have a plan for the whistles while encouraging our youth to participate to save lives and reduce violence.

SOR currently has a partnership with a specific construction company to help build skills in the construction field and offer career opportunities.

PEACE BUCKS is a positive incentive for children and adolescents and we hope to motivate them by working with CPS and focusing on community building, academics, arts & crafts, and sports.

Case Management: Removing negative barriers while working closely with client and clinician to deal with trauma and safety. Case Manager will assist with completion of attainable goals and cognitive behavior techniques to deal with issues relating to trauma and triggers related to trauma.
